Can I request a quote without drawings?
Yes. You can send sample photos and requirements first. Final quotation may still require drawings, dimensions, or samples for confirmation.
What file formats do you accept?
STEP, STP, PDF, DWG, DXF, IGS, IGES, X_T, STL, JPG, PNG, ZIP, and RAR files are accepted.
Do you support prototypes?
Prototype and batch production requests can both be reviewed. Please include expected quantity and target use.
Can you sign NDA?
NDA requirements can be discussed before sharing sensitive drawings or product files.
How fast can I get feedback?
Response time depends on drawing complexity and file completeness. Clear material, quantity, finish, and tolerance information helps speed up review.
